About the role

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding multi-disciplinary team working primarily in mainstream school settings within the Hillingdon, Uxbridge and Isleworth area.


This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the areas inclusive education strategy. In this vital role, you will implement universal strategies and targeted interventions across mainstream schools. By delivering high-quality workforce development, you will empower school staff to confidently lead and support whole-school communication.

You will:

  • Provide expert communication support.

  • Deliver staff training and consultations.

  • Supervise and mentor Therapists and Assistants.

  • Create and support communication-inclusive environments.
