Cloud Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling advanced technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our AWS environment.


Responsibilities:



  • Advanced technical support and management of AWS cloud infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

  • Develop and maintain documentation on AWS best practices and procedures.


A successful candidate should have extensive experience working with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM roles,
and VPCs. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
