Job Description

The Highlights Library Support Staff is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Highlights Library, ensuring smooth coordination with partner schools, and providing support related to library programs, materials, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Highlights Library programs
  • Provide support to partner schools regarding library concerns and inquiries
  • Organize, update, and maintain library records and materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, reports, and documentation
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree (Education preferably ENGLISH Major or LIBRARY AND INFORMATION Science related fields is an advantage)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
