Higher Level Teaching Assistant/Teaching Assistant

Bratton Fleming Community Primary School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting teaching, learning and pupil development across the school.

About the Role

As HLTA working under an agreed system of supervision, you will:

• Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities to individuals, groups and whole classes.
• Support teachers by helping create an engaging learning environment and preparing resources.
• Monitor, assess and record pupils' progress, providing detailed feedback and evidence.
• Lead small-group interventions and support delivery of literacy, numeracy and other curriculum strategies.
• Contribute to out-of-school learning activities as required.
