Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support a range of local primary schools across Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced education professionals looking to make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning and development.

As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 . Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs, you will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, while also confidently leading whole-class learning when required.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
