Smile Education is recruiting a confident and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a welcoming primary school in Perton, Staffordshire .

This is a full-time, long-term role with an immediate start . The role is also open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to gain valuable additional classroom experience .

Key Responsibilities

• Covering classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting pupil progress
• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups where required
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
• Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders
