Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Governorsof Brunswick Community Primary School are looking to appoint an outstanding,experienced, committed and caring Higher Level Teaching Assistant to workwithin our school. The post is to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will:

• have aproven record of good/outstanding practice in education
• have highexpectations of children’s behaviour and attitudes in learning
• beable to demonstrate skills to teach whole classes along with proven experience of working with children across the Primary age range with a particular ability to inspireand motivate children.
• demonstrateexperience in a range of inclusive approaches which will allow childrenwith additional needs to enable them to thrive and make progress.
• possessexcellent inter-personal skills to communicate effectively with children,parents and staff and be able to work effectively as part of ateam.
