Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Hours: 32.5 hours a week (38.4 weeks per year). Contract: Permanent. Closing date: 26th June 2026.

Salary: NJC 12‑17 £20,525 – £22,265 (actual) or £27,711 – £30,060 (FTE). Includes well‑being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS) and additional Lift Schools benefits.

About the role

Work closely with teachers to deliver an ambitious curriculum, creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for every child. You will lead sessions, cover lessons, and guide pupils through key developmental stages. The role requires flexibility across KS1 and KS2, with an emphasis on SEND.
