Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Surrey
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only


About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join a welcoming secondary school in Surrey. You will support classroom teaching, lead small group interventions, and deliver lessons when teachers are absent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned lessons across different year groups

  • Support pupils’ academic and personal development

  • Lead intervention programmes for targeted learners

  • Assist with assessment and progress tracking

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
