Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Field Gate School - Doncaster

We are looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join our school in Doncaster , South Yorkshire at Field Gate School. You will work with an experienced team in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

As an HLTA, your day will be varied and interesting. You will support our teachers by assisting in the classrooms and the community for children who cannot attend school; you will follow a flexible structure and support our children and young people to unlock their passion for learning. You will be based in our Ofsted registered school but will also support 1 ACE provision locally.

You will work within a Trauma‑informed practice model where we can support and follow a therapeutic practice.
