Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester from September.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced HLTA to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, supporting teaching and learning throughout the school. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering interventions, covering lessons when required, and helping pupils achieve their full potential.

The Role

• Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in the absence of the class teacher.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective learning experiences.
