High voltage Design engineers are specialists in Design and installing high voltage and can work with both low voltage and high voltage electrical equipment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop design schedules and budgets, and prepare conceptual engineering documents
Provide technical support during the project permitting phase, and support clients with utility interface and technical coordination (knowledgeable in
Develop and maintain electrical system documentation, and write technical documentation
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in high voltage systems
Communicate with all stakeholders, and promote a customer centric environment
Define customer needs and requirements, and ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards
Stay up-to-date with new technology that can be incorporated into new designs
Conduct power system studies (ETAP, PSSE)
Conduct Load flow , Short Circuit, relay Coo...
