We are looking for a highly skilled phone sales professional who can speak with warm leads, build trust quickly, and close ticket sales for our paid trading programs and live challenges.
Our business teaches options trading and income-focused strategies, and we generate consistent inbound leads through webinars, marketing funnels, and paid ads. Your role is to convert interested prospects into paying students.
This is not cold calling — you will be speaking with people who have already shown interest.
Responsibilities
Call qualified leads who signed up for our webinars / programs
Explain program value clearly and confidently
Handle objections professionally (price, fear, hesitation, timing)
Follow a structured sales process and script (we provide framework)
Build rapport and trust with prospects
Close sales and collect commitments
Update CRM / tracking sheet after each call
Provide feedback on lead quality and messaging
Compensation
$20-$30/hour
