Requirements

• A university teaching major, or its equivalent, directly related to the teaching position.
• Understanding and commitment to the Calls to Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, including the eradication of existing and persistent equity gaps for specific groups of children.
• High level of skills related to successful classroom management, and to the development and maintenance of a positive classroom climate.
• Experience with multi‑grade classes is an asset.
