The role reports directly to the Camp Director and is focused on the successful execution of the High School Camp programs like L.E.D.G.E. and S.T.E.P. Responsibilities include training staff, overseeing participant safety, and embodying Moorelands' mission. Additionally, you may take on Cabin Leader duties when programs are not in session, further influencing the campers' experiences positively.
