Contribute to maternal and family health as a Registered Nurse in High Risk Antepartum at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. This role involves essential antepartum/postpartum care, assessment, and education for high-risk pregnancies.
The Registered Nurse will report to the Patient Care Manager, providing specialized care for women experiencing high-risk pregnancies and postpartum needs. Responsibilities include delivering perinatal bereavement care, conducting assessments, and advocating for patients while promoting Family-Centred Maternity Care.
