High Reach Forklift Operator

Elite Staffing is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our clients based in Eagle Farm. We have two positions available – one in a cold room environment and one in an ambient display and stock warehouse.
These roles are ideal for operators who are confident, safety-focused, and looking to secure long-term employment with stable hours.
Cold Room High Reach Operator This role is 90% forklift operation and requires confidence working in tighter spaces and around other team members.
Key responsibilities include:

Operating a High Reach forklift (Crown experience highly regarded)

Loading and unloading trucks

Moving stock in and out of freezer areas

Working safely in confined and shared work zones

Freezer gear is supplied.
Freezer allowance and LF allowance are paid on top of your hourly rate.
