Securiguard is hiring professional Retail Security Officers (RSO) to provide a strong customer service-focused security presence in a retail environment. This role emphasizes visibility, professionalism, and proactive reporting to help create a safe and welcoming space for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and act as a visual theft deterrent
• Maintain a professional presence at store entrances/exits or high-loss areas
• Identify and report risks, hazards, and safety concerns to the Manager on Duty
• Patrol designated areas as required
• Document incidents, thefts, and safety concerns using TrackTik
• Support store management and liaise with police when required
• Protect persons and property through observation and reporting

Requirements

• Valid BC Security Worker License
• Basic Security Training (BST) completed
