As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the customer's first 30-45 days of engagement with our platform. This role sets the tone for the relationship and ensures customers are ready quickly and correctly.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and follow up on all 1-1 or group onboarding sessions via phone, video, text, and email using our tech stack Complete daily CRM tasks (to-dos, emails, texts, calls)
