Job Overview We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development of a critical project within Free BSD, specifically the Performance Monitoring Counter (PMC) framework. This framework encompasses various components including hwmon, libpmc, and pmcstat.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance parts of the Free BSD PMC framework (hwmon, libpmc, pmcstat)
• Investigate and resolve performance-related issues in the Free BSD kernel
• Collaborate with the upstream Free BSD community to integrate new features into mainline Free BSD
• Support modern AMD hardware by facilitating performance monitoring tools integration on Zen era systems
• Participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions ,
