Teaching Personnel are seeking a confident, adaptable and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Waterlooville area. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school environment and make a meaningful impact on students’ learning and development.

In this role, the HLTA will supervise classes of students aged 11–16 in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring that pupils remain engaged with pre-prepared learning materials and that lessons run smoothly across a range of subjects.
