**Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of experience** as Bar Manager in high-volume restaurants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Full bilingual proficiency in **Spanish and English**.
- Strong knowledge and management of **inventory processes and platforms** (variance, purchase orders, requisitions, transfers, cost centers).
- Expertise in **beverage cost control** and financial analysis of bar operations.
- Proven experience in **supplier negotiations** and maintaining strong **brand relationships** with spirit companies.
- Advanced knowledge in **mixology and signature cocktail creation**.
- Experience in **menu engineering and development**.
- Ability to **train, coach, and mentor** bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
