Hiab Driver

CARTERS Palmerston North is seeking an experienced HIAB driver to deliver building materials to our valued trade customers. In this active and physical role, you will be responsible for safely loading orders and operating a Hiab to off‑load product on site while navigating often challenging access ways.

Your versatility will be key as you may also need to provide support in the timber yard, operating a forklift to load and providing exceptional customer service to our trade customers. In this role you will need to:

• Efficiently load and deliver orders navigating various residential and commercial construction sites with differing ground conditions.
• Safely offloading product deliveries, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to all, whether on‑site or off‑site, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standards.
