We have a fantastic opportunity with a prestigious local authority looking to add experienced and qualified HGV drivers to their award-winning team.

Our client is a local authority in Monmouthshire and is looking for HGV drivers to join their refuse and recycling division. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with a council if you are looking for something long‑term, dependable, and looking to develop valuable experience.

Responsibilities

Your day‑to‑day will involve driving the refuse wagon as well as assisting with the loading on some days, so you need to be willing and active.

Job Details

  • Pay Rate: £18.00 P/H (Umbrella) paid weekly
  • Hours: 37 per week – Mon‑Thurs 07:30 – 15:30, Friday 07:30 – 15:00
  • Location: Caldicot
  • Length: 3 months
