Rexel is looking for an experienced and proactiveHGV Driver Trainer to join our Aylesbury Distribution Centre & Wider Supply Chain Network.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with expectations to be flexible across AM, PM & Night shifts.

This role is ideal for someone with strong HGV driving experience who is passionate about driver development, operational safety and compliance. You’ll play a key part in supporting our transport operation by delivering inductions, driver assessments, branch & risk assessments, ongoing training and performance support.
