HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver

Our client is a leading supplier of roofing and building materials with branches within and around the M25.
We are currently recruiting for an HGV Driver to join our busy Surbiton branch. This is a full time, permanent role. We offer a competitive salary, 28 days holiday, life assurance & EAP, discretionary bonus, Cycle scheme and Long Service Awards.
The role:
Delivery and collection of roofing and associated materials to site and respective suppliers, by means of mechanical and/or manual loading and unloading
Clearance of second-hand materials and rubbish from site
Loading and unloading customers, suppliers, and own vehicles
Assisting customers with enquiries
Responsibility for routine vehicle inspections on a daily basis
Weekly inspections recorded on the official Company report document
Always maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle
Maintain all statutory records
