Job Description

FM Conway is currently seeking a HGV Class 2 Grab Driverto join our Transport Division based from our Darford depot. As our HGV Class 2 Grab Driver, you will drive an allocated grab vehicle to transport asphalt and aggregate to various sites. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 06:00-16:00.


The duties of the HGV Class 2 Grab Driver role will include:

  • Driving and operating Class 2 HGV to/from site
  • Transporting asphalt to our customers in a safe and professional manner
  • Working in conjunction with your supervisor’s instructions
  • Maintaining vehicle and equipment in line with established company standards
  • Completing and submitting the required daily defect sheet
  • Acting in accordance with company policies and procedures
