HGV Class 1 Driver - Trunking

The Best Connection are recruiting professional and reliable Class 1 Drivers to join a well established company based in Stoke-On-Trent.

Your day will consist of trunking to other sites based in Gloucester and Rochester, completing collections and deliveries of stillages with no handball involved.

Shift details

• Start time is 6pm
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime opportunities available - after 8 hours pay increases from £16 to £24
• Weekly shift allowance of £89.90

You will be responsible for

• carrying out safe and efficient trunk runs
• completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining paperwork
• communicating professionally with transport teams and site staff
• ensuring compliance with all road transport and working time regulations
