HEOR Study Operations Lead

Novartis Farmacéutica in Mexico City is seeking 3 HEOR Operational Study Managers to lead end-to-end operational execution of US MA HEOR non-interventional studies, including RCs and Phase IV, ensuring timelines, budget, quality, and compliance.

You will collaborate with HEOR leads, cross-functional teams, and vendors, manage protocols, ICFs, IRB submissions as applicable, track budgets, CTMS/NCV data, and drive risk and quality management while leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks.
