Hematologist/Oncologist for AI Model Evaluation

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of AI in healthcare by leveraging your expertise in Hematology and Oncology. You will work with a leading AI lab to design clinical scenarios, evaluate model outputs, and influence how AI systems reason about cancer and hematologic care.

• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on your Hematology/Oncology practice, including staging, treatment selection, regimen sequencing, toxicity management, and end-of-life decision-making.
• Write high-quality reference responses that meet attending-level standards.
• Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
• Provide written feedback to the research team to enhance model performance.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
