DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a HEMA Lead - Nordics, located in Copenhagen, Denmark; Solna, Sweden or Espoo, Finland.

The HEMA Lead Nordics leads Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) strategy and execution across the Nordic countries, ensuring optimal access, funding, and adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions. The role drives value-based access strategies aligned with Nordic healthcare systems and EMEA priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute HEMA strategy for the Nordics aligned with DePuy Synthes and EMEA priorities.
