Key Responsibilties:
- Answering customer calls: Promptly responding to incoming calls from customers with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Customer query resolution: Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Order processing: Taking customer orders, verifying details, and processing payments.
- Account management: Updating customer accounts with relevant information and changes.
Salary:
45K (Performance based incentives)

Minimum Graduation or Intermediate
