Benefits:
Throwers will be mostly collecting paper lawn waste bags or bundles, throwing them in rear load packer garbage trucks. Some areas have cans to be dumped, any toters are placed on a toter tipper. You must be able to lift 50-70 pounds steadily all day and work in all types of weather. Very physical position. Must be able to get on and off the step on back of vehicle quickly, collect items and go again. In between areas you may be riding in truck. There is NO set time off- you are done for the day when routes are completed!
