Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and stairways.
• Ensure garbage disposal is done regularly and properly.
• Perform minor repairs or report issues to the property manager.
• Assist tenants with moving furniture or other light tasks upon request.
• Address tenant concerns or needs and escalate them to management if necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor spaces, such as parking lots, gardens, or walkways.
• Water plants, mow lawns, and perform other basic landscaping duties if required.
• Monitor cleaning and maintenance supplies and inform management when restocking is needed.
• Ensure doors and gates are locked and report any suspicious activities.
• Follow building safety protocols and assist during emergencies if necessary.
