Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including cleaning and preparing units for new tenants.
• Support property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Help with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and outdoor spaces.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role is a plus.
