Responsibilities

• Support the store’s inventory management by restocking shelves
• Ensure proper product display and handle customer inquiries
• Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness
• Monitor product expiration dates to report discrepancies
• Operate basic store equipment as needed and support the team during promotions or sales events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus
• Previous experience in retail or store assistance is an advantage but not required
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry items up to 20kg
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented and able to handle inquiries politely
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
