As a Fried Chicken House Helper, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work closely with kitchen staff to prepare high-quality fried chicken and other menu items while ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assist in washing, chopping, and prepping ingredients such as vegetables, chicken, and seasonings. Prepare batter and breading for fried chicken.
• Cooking Assistance: Help with frying chicken and other menu items under supervision. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep kitchen equipment clean, including fryers, countertops, and utensils. Regularly sanitize workstations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
