Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science major in IT or equivalent
• Minimum of six months of experience in providing onsite support and skilled in IP, Windows, iOS
• Must have a hospitable personality, integrity, positive mind set, and good communication skills.
• Willing to work in Pasay (dayshift schedule)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Incident tickets (Hardware, Software, Store Operations & Networks)
• Service Now (SNOW) Platform – Centralized IT Ticketing Tool
• ISP and Vendor Coordination / Management
• Network availability monitoring
• IT Asset Management
• Site (Store) and Main Office Support – Laptop, Printer, iOS device, Network
• Provide onsite support / Site Visit in the different branches in the Philippines
• Internal IT Network Project Support
• New Store Opening Project Support
