Job Description
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications.
Monitor and support servers andnetworks
Assist with network configuration, Active Directory, Exchange, and VPN setups
Escalate unresolved issues
Guidance and training to 1st line support staff as needed
Grade 12 / Matric
Tertiary Qualification - A+ / MCSE / relevant IT National Diploma
Min 5 years experience within a desktop support role with solid 2nd line support experience
Proficiency in macOS, Windows and mobile platforms,with hands-on experience in Mac hardware/software troubleshooting and configuration.
Understanding of a Microsoft Server; Azure Cloud and Windows AD environments
Between 3 - 5 Years
