WHO WE ARE:

Livebridge, Inc. is a BPO company that was established last June 2016. It is a customer interaction service that provides multi-channel communication as services for customer contact. It offers risk management, graphic designing, call management, account maintenance, customer service and technical support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or other related course
  • Prior Help Desk Customer Service experience is required
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Have tolerance and patient disposition, with strong communication skills to put frustrated users at ease
  • Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget and time.
