What You'll Be Doing
As our IT Support Engineer, you will be a key member of a small IT team supporting over 1200 end users and a range of modern cloud-based systems.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Level 1 and 2 support for users in a Microsoft environment.
Support our SaaS business applications and working closely with vendors.
Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Working Conditions:
Permanent full time
Philippines (Remote setup)
Night shift (US time)
What will make you successful in this role?
Minimum 3+ years experience providing Level 1 & 2 IT support in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra, Autopilot, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Teams.
Experience supporting Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
Ability to troubleshoot business applications (with vendor support where needed).
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.
