What you'll be doing

As our IT Support Engineer, you will be a key member of a small IT team supporting over 1200 end users and a range of modern cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities:


•    Deliver Level 1 and 2 support for users in a Microsoft environment.
•    Support our SaaS business applications and working closely with vendors.


•    Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Working Conditions:


•    Permanent full time
•    Philippines (Remote setup)
•    Night shift (US time)

What will make you successful in this role? 


•    Minimum 3+ years experience providing Level 1 & 2 IT support in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra, Autopilot, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Teams.
•    Experience supporting Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
•    Ability to troubleshoot business applications (with vendor support where needed).
