Brief Job Description:
- Addressing customer concerns
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Processing service requests.
- Maintaining accurate records in customer service system.
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS application and inventory management systems.
- Detail-oriented.
- Reliable.
- Strong client-facing skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Logistics Management or other related Business or Engineering courses.
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Customer Service or related field.
