We are looking for a Helpdesk Officer at Modern Logistics, Inc.

Brief Job Description:

  • Addressing customer concerns
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Processing service requests.
  • Maintaining accurate records in customer service system.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS application and inventory management systems.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Reliable.
  • Strong client-facing skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Logistics Management or other related Business or Engineering courses.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a Customer Service or related field.
