TEKsystems has a client that is hiring Helpdesk Engineers for a hybrid role in Marshall, MI
 Key Responsibilities
End-User Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support tickets, providing assistance to employees in
both the oƯice and on the manufacturing floor.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows-based desktops and laptops.
Provide support for mobile devices, including Apple iPhones/iPads and Android phones/tablets.
Hardware Deployment & Support:
Deploy and configure new hardware, including workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, across all
areas of the facility.
Troubleshoot and provide support for large-scale printers and thermal transfer printers used in
production.
Perform hands-on component replacement and upgrades.
Networking & Systems:
Utilize basic network skills to troubleshoot connectivity issues (wired and wireless).
