seeking a skilled
Helpdesk Engineer (Level 2 / Level 3)
to join our growing technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support (L2/L3) to end users and client environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to
Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint management - Escalate, document, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Deliver professional, client-facing support with clear and effective communication
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an
IT MSP or similar support environment - Strong technical knowledge of:
- Windows OS & Windows Server
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
