We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate (Hybrid-GDL) to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico.
Requirements:• Availability to work 45 hours per week
• Interest in working on Afternoon/Night shifts• Advanced English• Looking to work in IT Environment
• 6 months of experience in Customer Service
