We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Helpdesk Analyst – Full Time

Requirements

• Availability to work 45 hours per week
• Interest in working any shift
• Advanced English
• Looking to work in IT Environment
• 6 months of experience in Customer Service
