Overview

Become a key IT support figure at Davis Martindale as a Helpdesk Analyst. This contract role is focused on problem‑solving for both in‑office and remote employees. Davis Martindale is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Analyst for approximately one year to cover parental leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Windows 11 devices
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook and Teams
  • Resolve remote access and connectivity issues
  • Onboard recent employees with IT setup materials
  • Document and manage requests in the ticketing system

Requirements

  • 1+ years in helpdesk or IT support roles
  • Diploma or degree in IT or related field
  • Experience with Windows 11 environments
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with AI tools is an asset
