Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support for end users in Tempe, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving hardware and software issues, delivering responsive service, and helping maintain a stable desktop environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting Microsoft Windows systems, supporting user access, and managing service requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and basic software issues reported by end users.
