Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to support a short-term Contract assignment in Rochester, Michigan. This role will focus on preparing and deploying Windows-based laptops and desktops for end users in a high-volume rollout environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on desktop support experience, works efficiently in a team setting, and can provide a smooth setup experience for employees during scheduled device distribution events.
